Well hello out there, it’s been awhile – I feel as though I need to dust the cobwebs off this blog before I can post regularly again! Please excuse my extreme lack of updates for the past month. I’ve a new schedule I’ve been adjusting to with a new job, as well as Christian being away and back again. However, it’s been long enough and I feel like there’s no more excuses to be had so back to work writing posts for all you lovely readers out there!
I thought I’d make it a slow move back into the blog-o-sphere with this little update about some of the new jewellery I’ve been working on. It’s a wire wrapped bracelet that I made freeform while chilling at home alone the other night. I didn’t really have an idea in mind for the design other than the colours I wanted to use – soft blues and greens in the aquamarine stones and sandy peachs and nudes from the moroccan agate, peach moonstone and swarovski crystals. I’m actually really happy with how it turned out, it has a nice beachy feel – which I was going for – and incidentally, the wire form part of it almost resembles a fish making it more beachy I suppose.
Anyways, I promise I’ll get back to a more regular posting schedule now. I have some photos ready to post soon, just waiting on my trusty photographer/boyfriend to have the time to edit them before I can throw them up on the blog. Check back soon for updates. I promise the lazy, dog days of summer won’t be keeping me back any longer!
